Established in 1968 in a collaboration between the community and Yale School of Medicine. The first community health center in Connecticut, the Cornell Scott-Hill Health Center has a long history of serving New Haven neighborhoods, which are among the most disadvantaged in the State. Cornell Scott-Hill Health Center also provides health care services to those from the City of West Haven as well as out of town residents in the Lower Naugatuck Valley including Ansonia, Seymour, Shelton, Naugatuck, and Oxford.
Hill Health provides free blood pressure screenings to guests of CSK on-site between 11:00am-1:00pm on Tuesdays each week.
